The International Forum for Communication Law and Ethics will again celebrate its 2018 edition, (after successful experiences in 2015, 2016 and 2017) co-organized in collaboration with IAMCR’s Law Section. Our pre-conference will be celebrated one day before IAMCR 2018 in Oregon, on June 19th, 2018. Under the title “Article 19: Present and Future Challenges to Communication Rights on the 70th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.” The conference welcomes proposals that explore any issues related to art. 19, including analysis of practical and theoretical reconfigurations of communication rights, exploring new relations, connections, rights and duties in our contemporary context and critical views on the role of information professionals, audiences and technology. The best works presented at the conference will be part of an eBook to be published by Complutense University's e-Prints Complutense.
