The Communication, Social justice and Democracy (CSD) Working Group would like to invite all IAMCR members to our first (online) meeting, where we will introduce CSD to the academic community and share ideas about how this new working group can best support the work of its members, functioning as an open and inclusive space, embracing diversity and respect.

Who can attend: The meeting is open to all IAMCR members and to members of the broader academic community interested in the WG’s fields of activity.
Communication, Social justice and Democracy (CSD) is a newly formed IAMCR Working Group that aspires to function as a space of intellectual exchange, stimulating reflective and critical research in the intersecting areas of social justice, democracy and communication.
The meeting will be structured as follows:
- Short presentation of the Communication, Social justice and Democracy (CDS) WG rationale and vision
- Short presentation of the CDS work plan
- Discussion with participants on expectations, activities and possibilities (e.g., webinars, books and articles)
- Wrapping up
